How it works

This is not a ‘cookie cutter’ service and is bespoke for every client we work with. We hold an initial scoping call and draw up a Service Agreement to agree online sales objectives.

We tend to work with clients from three to twelve months depending on the need and the level of support that is required. 

Corinne, our Managing Director leads on our Sales Strategy work with the support of the wider team. Corinne is a natural strategist and facilitator with over twenty years’ experience at Sales Director- level. The type of work we have done with clients includes:

  • Facilitation of team workshops or other group activities to assist with the thinking and planning process.    
  • Analysis of your sales revenue streams, identifying future growth opportunities and how to realise these.  
  • A SWOT and competitor analysis to clearly uncover your position in your chosen market sector.  
  • New Product Development analysis to take into consideration market trends and customer feedback. 
  • A thorough review of your business mission, vision and purpose to ensure you are on the right path for sales growth. 
  • The creation of a detailed and targeted sales plan with actionable tasks, timeline and recommended people in your team to deliver against these actions (such as marketing, online advertising etc). 
  • Regular mentoring or team checkins to support progress.
