Founder & Principal Trainer

Corinne Thomas

Corinne has over 30 years experience in business development, leadership development and training. She founded Ethical Sales in 2020 to create a values-led alternative to traditional sales agencies, building an approach rooted in integrity, transparency, and people-first growth.

In recent years, Corinne has taken the business on a new journey into AI, systemising internally and becoming a certified AI Trainer. She delivers AI-focused training and growth consultancy, helping clients embed modern approaches to growth using AI and digital tools as enablers.

Her client work focuses on aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver measurable outcomes. She has guided over 60 organisations on their sales and AI journeys, and is known for making change feel achievable for ambitious but stretched teams.

Based in Moray, in the north east of Scotland, Corinne works locally and virtually with clients across the UK. Away from work, she enjoys cold-water swimming on the Moray coast and spending time outdoors with her family.
