Our mentoring service is led by Corinne Thomas, our M.D, who draws upon her leadership development and Director-level sales experience to bring out the very best in her mentees.

How it works

Corinne offers sales mentoring to a very limited number of clients on a six to twelve month basis. Please get in touch soon if you would like to join the waiting list.

The first couple of sessions will focus on goal setting for the year ahead to uncover your top business priorities and sales growth targets. 

The 1:1 sessions will take place over Zoom, Skype or telephone with notes and actions recorded in a shared document. 

 The sessions are focused on sales growth and will include: 

  • Discussing sales tasks, priorities and troubleshooting. 
  • Analysing key sales data to inform decision making. 
  • Discussing worries, challenges or concerns about your sales targets. 

This is for you if

  • You are the Founder/Owner with sole responsibility for sales or the Sales Lead within the business. 
  • You feel alone in decision making and would like access to a director-level sales opinion you can trust. 
  • You need help with prioritising your sales activities and business planning.
