Corinne Thomas, Managing Director of Ethical Sales shares her Founder Story:
“I cut my teeth in telesales at the tender age of 15. Since then, I’ve had many sales roles, launched an online business, facilitated rooms full of C-Suite executives and met six figure targets as a Sales Director. I have been able to grow into a highly experienced, confident saleswoman and strategic thinker. And I still love talking on the phone!
A chunk of my career was in championing socially responsible and ethical business practices. I launched a CSR consultancy with an ex-colleague called ‘Business Unusual’ which it was, in those days! We had lots of fun and worked with some interesting clients in the corporate and public sectors.
I have been very lucky in my career to have been highly trained as a leadership facilitator. I love spending time with interesting people from different backgrounds. I am a naturally curious person who always sees the best in people and wants them to succeed.
As an entrepreneur myself, I understand the highs and lows of running your own show but I also know when to admit defeat and bring on specialist support. That’s why I work with a fantastic team who can provide specialist sales skills to support our clients.

As the M.D of Ethical Sales, I have the absolute pleasure of being totally immersed in the natural, organic and green business sectors on a daily basis. With consumer demand exponentially rising for authentic, trusted brand experiences and products that do not harm people or the planet, it feels like a very good space to be working within right now.
When I’m not running the business you will find me jogging, re-organising my huge collection of natural skincare products (I am a little obsessed!) or spending time with my husband and two little girls.”
